3. Services Provided
PaySide Solutions provides umbrella payroll services including:
- PAYE payroll processing
- Tax and National Insurance calculations
- Pension administration
- Expense processing
- Statutory payments
- Compliance with HMRC regulations
4. Contractor Obligations
As a contractor, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit timesheets and expenses promptly
- Maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Notify us of any changes to your circumstances
- Pay our fees as agreed
5. Fees and Charges
Our fees are clearly stated in your service agreement. Fees may include:
- Weekly or monthly administration fee
- Percentage of gross pay
- Additional charges for specific services
All fees are subject to VAT where applicable.
6. Payment Terms
We will process payments to you based on:
- Receipt of approved timesheets
- Receipt of payment from the agency or end client
- Deduction of applicable taxes, National Insurance, and fees
We aim to process payments within the agreed timeframe, typically weekly or monthly.
7. Tax and Compliance
We will:
- Calculate and deduct PAYE tax and National Insurance
- Submit Real Time Information to HMRC
- Provide P60 and P45 documents as required
- Maintain records in accordance with HMRC requirements
You remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided to us.
8. Expenses
We will process legitimate business expenses in accordance with HMRC guidelines. You must:
- Provide valid receipts and documentation
- Ensure expenses are wholly and exclusively for business purposes
- Submit expense claims within agreed timeframes
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments will be processed
- Final tax documents will be provided
- Records will be retained as required by law
10. Liability
We will exercise reasonable care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties
- Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you
- Changes in tax legislation or HMRC interpretation
- Consequential or indirect losses
11. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation. We will:
- Keep your information secure
- Only use it for the purposes stated
- Retain it for the required period
- Respect your data protection rights
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our systems, processes, and materials remain our property.

14. Force Majeure

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
