Responsibilities

Management Responsibilities

Management is responsible for:

  • Conducting regular risk assessments
  • Providing necessary training and equipment
  • Investigating accidents and incidents
  • Reviewing and updating safety procedures

Employee Responsibilities

All employees and contractors must:

  • Take reasonable care of their own health and safety
  • Follow all safety procedures and instructions
  • Report any hazards or safety concerns
  • Use equipment and protective clothing as instructed
  • Cooperate with management on health and safety matters

Risk Assessment

We conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures. All identified risks are documented and reviewed regularly.

Training

All employees receive appropriate health and safety training relevant to their role. This includes induction training for new employees and ongoing training as required.

Incident Reporting

All accidents, incidents, and near misses must be reported immediately to management. We investigate all incidents to prevent recurrence and improve safety procedures.

Emergency Procedures
